Accountabilities (Responsibilities):

Your mission is to provide strategic partnership solutions to our clients and partners in Nigeria. You will be responsible for providing the direction and execution of Tractor services to farmers. You will also be responsible for hiring tractors for a specified fee and provide services to farmers.

Engage communities and stakeholders to understand their needs.
Proactively seek and grow partnerships opportunities.
Identify, build and manage collaborative partnerships with farmers and other stakeholders to drive Tractrac’s Strategy.
Inspect equipment to ensure the proper functioning.
Identify and propose opportunities for how to build and expand our brand in Nigeria to drive more meaningful stakeholders’ experiences and business results.
Prepare and maintain reports related to Tractrac’s activities on the farmlands.
Identify, build and manage collaborative relationships with farmers and tractor owners.
Ensure farmers are satisfied by the services provided by tractor owners.
Drive the mobilisation of farmers who need tractor services regularly.
Inspect equipment to ensure the proper functioning.
Spearhead the measurement of farmlands.
Direct machine operators’ activities, such as ploughing and ridging.
Deal with emergency issues that arise.

Qualifications

OND, HND, BSc/BA in any discipline. School Leaving Certificate holders and Undergraduates can also apply for contract/short term engagement.
